QUESTIONS, ANSWERED STRAIGHT

Say it. Ask it. It’s answered.

Everything people ask before, during, and after their first build.

What is MADE?

Say it. It’s made. You describe the business or idea in plain words, and MADE designs and builds the real thing in front of you — a marketing website, a SaaS product with a working demo, a store-ready app, or all three at once. Four phases: Architecture, Refinement, Live build, Review & ship.

Can I skip the waitlist?

Yes. The entrance sells instant access: $20 buys a single-use access code delivered the moment payment clears — the door opens itself — plus 5 build credits on your profile and the standard 30 days of Pro. Purchased codes are yours alone and stay redeemable for 30 days.

What does it cost to try?

Your first build is free as a guest. Creating a free profile takes one emailed code and starts you with 3 build credits and 30 days of Pro. After that, each build or edit uses 1 credit — and a credit is never consumed on a failure, a decline, or anything held for review.

What is Pro?

Pro switches on the full machine: drop your own photos, art, and sound into builds; run the Trifecta (website + SaaS + app in a single build); open and download the code behind your build; and commission the 3D showpiece. Every new profile gets 30 days of Pro free. After the trial it is $19/mo or $149/yr.

What happens when I buy?

The moment payment clears you keep everything you can already see: the live link stays up, the builder stays open for edits, and we start the walk to wherever the build is headed — your own domain for websites and SaaS, the app stores for apps. The exact tier prices are on the build screen when you choose.

Do I get my own domain name?

Yes — and you pick it right in the app. On your finished build there is a domain search: type the name you want, see live availability and the real registrar price instantly, and lock your choice to the build. That live price IS the Domain Fee — registrar cost, no markup — and it varies with the name: an ordinary .com usually runs $10–$20 a year, while short or premium names cost whatever the market asks. The locked name registers with your approval when you buy, then gets wired to your build. Until then, your build lives on its made link.

How does my app reach the App Store and Google Play?

Apps preview in the browser first — the same build gets packaged for the stores after purchase. We prepare the submission and walk it through review with you. The stores decide their own timelines and can ask questions; that back-and-forth is normal, and we handle it with you. One honest rule: editing a build that is already submitted pulls the submission back and restarts store review — that is how the stores work.

Why does my page say payment processing is disconnected?

Some categories always get a quick human look before money can move — that is the notice you are seeing. The build is live, everything works, and forms still capture your leads while it waits. The notice lifts automatically the moment your build is cleared, usually fast.

Who owns what I make?

Your idea and your business are yours, full stop. Previews carry a small MADE watermark until they are bought. The buyout tier hands you the complete generated code; from then on it is fully yours to host anywhere. The full terms live on the Terms & Privacy page.

How long does my preview last?

Anonymous previews expire in 14 days. Saving a build to a free profile keeps it alive, and paid builds do not expire while the plan stands. If a preview lapses before you saved it, rebuild it in minutes — the machine does not forget how.

How do I sign in? I never set a password.

There are no passwords, ever. Enter your email and we send a one-time 8-digit key; the last digit signs you in. The key expires after about an hour, and a fresh one is a tap away.

Can the build use my real photos and media?

With Pro (every new profile has 30 free days of it), drop photos, logos, art, audio, or video straight into the builder — up to 25MB a file — and the build weaves your real media in instead of designing around placeholders.

Something broke, or the build missed the mark. Now what?

Say so. The edit lane takes plain-language change requests ("make the hero darker", "add a pricing section") for 1 credit, and every build passes an independent review before it publishes. If a build fails that review, you are never charged. And a real person reads every note sent to chosenglobalmgmt@gmail.com.
