The fine print, in plain language

1. What MADE is

MADE generates software — websites, product demos, and apps — from descriptions you provide, hosts the results, and can assist with app-store submission. Output is machine-generated from your input and reviewed for quality checks.

2. Your account and your conduct

You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for activity under your profile. You agree not to use MADE to create anything illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful — including scams, impersonation, fraud tooling, sexual content, unlicensed gambling, or malware. We may decline, remove, or suspend builds and accounts that violate this, with or without notice.

3. Your content, your business

You own your ideas and the business you describe. You grant us the license needed to generate, host, display, and (where you request it) submit your builds. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business, your offers, your prices, and your compliance with the laws that apply to what you sell. MADE is a tool; it is not your lawyer, accountant, or regulator, and we do not review your business for legal compliance.

4. What you buy

Credits fund build and edit actions (1 credit each) and are consumed only when an action completes. Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable except where required by law. Monthly plans keep a build hosted, maintained, and live; cancel anytime and hosting ends at the period’s close. Hybrid works like monthly with a later migration option at the then-current fee. Buyout transfers the generated code to you; after handoff, operating it is on you. Store submission requires an active plan, and store acceptance is decided by Apple and Google — never guaranteed by us.

5. Beta service — no warranties

MADE is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that builds will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your purposes, or that generated output is free of third-party rights issues.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CG APPS, C.Green Holdings LLC, and their affiliates, and each of their respective owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (together, the “CG Parties”) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. The CG Parties’ total liability for any claim relating to MADE is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the CG Parties — including CG APPS, C.Green Holdings LLC, and their affiliates — from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your business, your content, your use of generated output, or your violation of these terms.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes is acceptance. Either of us may end the relationship at any time; sections 3–7 survive.
